When you book through our platform, you agree to the following terms:

• All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes
• A valid credit card is required to secure your booking
• You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation
• Special requests cannot be guaranteed but we will try our best to accommodate

Cancellation Policy

Our standard cancellation policy allows free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a fee equivalent to one night's stay.

House Rules

Guests are expected to follow the house rules provided by the property owner. These may include:

• No parties or events without prior approval
