Booking Terms

• A valid payment method is required at the time of booking.
• Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
• Cancellation policy: Full refund if cancelled 48 hours before check-in.
• Pets are not allowed unless specified in the property description.
• Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas.
• The property must be left in the same condition as found.

Payment Terms

• A deposit of 50% is required to confirm your booking.
• The remaining balance is due 7 days before check-in.
• A security deposit may be required and will be refunded after checkout.
